In my last poll I wanted to know if you like the new series of Torchwood.
4 people (80 %) think it's brilliant and 1 person (20 %) likes it but thinks it could be better.
At least I have a definite opinion in my poll this time.
I really love Torchwood so far and hope it will get better. I hope they will do another series like this one or that Jack at least has an appearance on Doctor Who.
In my next poll I want to know who is your favourite character in Torchwood at the moment. You can give multiple answers this time. Start voting.

Torchwood: Miracle Day: Escape to L.A.
The fourth episode of Torchwood is here and it brought us deeper into the story. As always, when you haven't watched the episode yet and don't want to know what happens next, please stop reading now.
Summary:
Esther visits her sister but she isn't allowed to get into the house to see her nieces and so she calls the authorities who should check on them. Torchwood moves to L.A. to break into PhiCorp but they don't know that someone is following them because of Esther. Meanwhile the situation in the hospitals gets worse and people are just left there and the "Dead is Dead" campaign isn't very helpful. Oswald gets back into the media when he speaks to the people in these hospitals and promises them everything will be better and he will care for them. The killer catches up with Jack and Gwen when they steal a server from PhiCorp and wants to know from Jack who is behind all this. Rex can save them from being shot. They find out about the camps PhiCorp has established for all the people who should be dead and they can't they can't prevent that Gwen's father is brought there.
So now we know definitely that the miracle has something to do with Jack's past because why should this killer ask Jack who is behind everything when it's not connected to him in some way. I sometimes felt a bit sorry for Esther because of her sister and everything but it was her fault they were caught in this trap. It was so cute to see Jack an Gwen playing this couple and Gwen looked really hot in her outfit when she went into PhiCorp. I still love Eve Myles tooth gap. She just looks gorgeous when she smiles.
So, I really liked this episode and I think it had a nice mixture between fast paced scenes and scenes were we get to know the characters a bit better. I'm warming up with Rex and Esther and think they are a nice addition to the Torchwood team. It will be great to see Rhys and Gwen reunited again.

Doctor Who Crossover?
Have you ever thought about a crossover of Doctor Who or Torchwood with another TV show?
It would be really cool to mix some shows with Doctor Who. One that comes to my mind is Spooks. I don't know if you know it but it's also a BBC show about the MI5. It would be really fun to watch Harry meet the Doctor (I think Harry is still on the show but I'm not so up to date with the episodes).
Most crossovers with other shows are in FanFics. I read a couple of really good ones and wrote one or two myself (no Doctor Who one).
One I really like is a Torchwood/Blood Ties crossover written by Helen Pattskyn. It is called "Blood Moon Rising".
But you can find a lot of other crossovers when you have a look at fanfiction.net where you find the section browse crossover fanfiction.
Is there a show you would love to see in a crossover with Doctor Who or Torchwood?
Just leave me a comment and tell me what you think.

Quotes from "Boom Town"
Today you get quotes from the episode "Boom Town" from series 1.
Jack: Ah, sweet. Look at those two. Why don't I ever get any of that?
The Doctor: Buy me a drink first.
Jack: You're such hard work.
The Doctor: But worth it.
Mickey Smith: I don't mind you hanging out with big ears up there...
The Doctor: Oi!
Mickey Smith: Look in a mirror.
Margaret Blaine: He slipped on an icy patch.
Cathy Salt: He was decapitated.
Margaret Blaine: It was a very icy patch.
Margaret: This is persecution. Why can't you leave me alone? What did I ever do to you?
The Doctor: You tried to kill me and destroy this entire planet.
Margaret: Apart from that?
Margaret Blaine: London doesn't care. The South Wales coast could fall into the sea and they wouldn't notice...Oh! I sound like a Welshman. God help me, I've gone native.
Margaret: This is the technology of the gods.
The Doctor: Don't worship me, I'd make a very bad god. You wouldn't get a day off, for starters.
The Doctor: You've been in that skin-suit too long. You've forgotten. There used to be a real Margaret Blaine. You killed her, and stripped her, and used the skin. You're pleading for mercy out of a dead woman's lips.
The Doctor: (to Margaret Blaine) It's not just any old power source - it's the TARDIS! My TARDIS - the best ship in the universe...The heart of the TARDIS...This ship's alive. You've opened its soul.
Jack: Ah, sweet. Look at those two. Why don't I ever get any of that?

Birthday List
I added a birthday list to my blog now. It is just below my categories on the left side of my blog and there you can find the birthdays of Doctor Who, Torchwood or the Sarah Jane Adventures actors.
I will add more because there are only 16 entries so far. I don't know if you also want people like Steven Moffat in there or birthdays from Doctor Who Actors before the relaunch in 2005. Just leave me a comment here if you want that or when you have any dates you want added into this calender.
Alright I will go hunting for birthdays then. Haven't found someone with a birthday in July yet.

Torchwood:Miracle Day: Dead of Night
The third episode in this Torchwood series was definitely hot! I mean HOT! Maybe not something you want to show younger children. My opinion and a summary are following so don't read further when you haven't watched the episode yet.
Summary:
Jack, Gwen, Rex and Esther could escape from the airport and try to find out more about the miracle now. Therefore Rex steals the mobile of his boss at the CIA with which he communicated with whomever gave him his orders. After they find a depot full of painkillers, Rex wants to tell someone about it but he finds out soon enough that he can't trust anyone. He leaves the others behind after a row and goes to Vera who opens him new investigation possibilities. Because of her, Gwen is able to get informations about the pharmaceutical company which owns the depot. Meanwhile Jack has a - not so nice - meeting with Oswald Danes.
I really liked this episode because you get some new puzzle pieces and have to decide where they fit in. There are also nice moments between the different characters. Jack can finally get drunk again, after so many years and has an interesting meeting with the guy behind the bar. John Barrowman kept his promise of a hot scene. I don't know if there is another longer version of this scene but I liked it this way already. It is so nice to see when Gwen can talk to Rhys and see her baby. I think Oswald Danes knows a lot more about this miracle than he wants to admit.
I'm definitely looking forward to the next episode.

Would you travel with the Doctor when he really exists?
What would you do when one day you step out of your door and there is a strange blue box standing in your garden?
Would you think you are still dreaming and go back to bed or would you approach it and think "What the hell is this thing doing in my garden?"
And when it even gets stranger and a man comes out of this box, extends his hand and asks you if you want a ride, what would you do?
I don't know if you've ever asked yourself these questions and how you would answer them. I guess I would investigate this thing in my garden with my mobile in my hand, just in case I have to call the police because I can't explain how this thing could be in my garden. Maybe I would check first if I'm awake and not dreaming.
I don't know if I would go away with a stranger when he asks me because I still have this thing in me that you learn as a child: Don't go with someone you don't know. But I am grown up now and probably too romantic and when this guy looks like my knight in shining armour I think I would just go with him. I think I would like to see some spectacular places in the universe and also do some time travelling. The first thing I would probably say when I step into this box is, that it is so much bigger on the inside.
Would I fall in love with the Doctor? Depends really on how old he looks and if he's into girls right now. So maybe I would. Who can't fall in love with a guy who shows you the universe and things you never thought could exist?
So I think I would definitely travel with the Doctor when I would get the chance in real life and he is offering it to me.
What about you?

This and that
Just some tidbits today.
I really don't know what is wrong with the poll but I think it now has the correct amount of votes again. It sometimes goes a bit wobbly and looses votes but I don't if that is because of someone changing their vote or taking it back or if it's a problem of the poll thing itself.
I have worked a bit on my timeline again and I have added a lot of stuff for the Sarah Jane Adventures. It really starts to grow now. Any help you can give me is appreciated concerning dates mentioned in episodes of Doctor Who, Torchwood or the Sarah Jane Adventures.
If you need Torchwood or Doctor Who captures then I have found a greta page for that. It is called Demon Cry and has tons of pictures for every episode up till now I think. Just have a look.

Quotes from "The Doctor Dances"
Something Doctor Who today. I have quotes from the episode "The Doctor Dances" for you.
The Doctor: (to the Empty Children) Go to your room. Go to your room! I mean it. I'm very, very angry with you. I'm very, very cross! Go to your room! (the Empty Children back away) I'm really glad that worked. Those would have been terrible last words.
The Doctor: How was your con supposed to work?
Jack: Simple enough, really. Find some harmless piece of space junk, let the nearest Time Agent track it back to Earth, convince him it's valuable, name a price. And he's put fifty percent up front… oops, German bomb falls on it, destroys it forever. He never gets to see what he's paid for. Never knows he's been had. I buy him a drink with his own money and we discuss dumb luck. The perfect self-cleaning con.
The Doctor: There's a banana grove there now. I like bananas. Bananas are good.
The Doctor: Funny little human brains. How do you get around in those things?
Rose: When he's stressed, he likes to insult species.
The Doctor: Go--now! Don't drop the banana!
Jack: Why not?
The Doctor: Good source of potassium!
Jack: Okay, this can function as a sonic blaster, a sonic cannon, and a triple and full sonic disruptor. Doc, what you got?
The Doctor: I've got a sonic, er, never mind.
Jack: What?
The Doctor: It's sonic, okay, let's leave it at that.
Jack: Disruptor? Cannon? What?
The Doctor: It's sonic, totally sonic, I am soniced up!
Jack: A sonic what?
The Doctor: Screwdriver!
Jack: Who has a sonic screwdriver?
The Doctor: I do!
Jack: Who looks at a screwdriver and thinks "that could be a little more sonic"?
The Doctor: What? You never been bored? Never had a long night? Never had a lot of cabinets to put up?
The Doctor: Come on, we're not done yet. Assets, assets!
Jack: Well, I've got a banana and in a pinch you could put up some shelves.
The Doctor: Window?
Jack: Barred. Sheer drop outside, seven stories.
Rose: And no other exits.
Jack: Well, the assets conversation went in a flash, didn't it?
Rose: (about Jack) Okay, so he's vanished into thin air. Why is it always the great-looking ones that do that?
The Doctor: I'm making an effort not to be insulted.
Rose: Sorry. I meant... men.
The Doctor: Okay, that really helped.
The Doctor: You just assume I don't dance.
Rose: What? Are you telling me you do dance?
The Doctor: Nine hundred years old, me. I've been around a bit. I think you can assume at some point I've danced.
Rose: You?
The Doctor: Problems?
Rose: Doesn't the universe implode or something if you dance?
The Doctor: Well, I've got the moves but I wouldn't want to boast.
Rose: Come on. The world doesn't end because the Doctor dances.
The Doctor: (referring to Jack) Relax, he's a 51st century guy. He's just a bit more flexible when it comes to dancing.
The Doctor: Everybody lives, Rose. Just this once! Everybody lives!
The Doctor: History says there was an explosion here. Who am I to argue?
Rose: Usually you're the first in line.
Rose: Look at you. Smiling like you're Father Christmas.
The Doctor: Who says I'm not? Red bicycle when you were twelve.
Rose: What?!?
The Doctor: And everybody lives, Rose! Everybody lives! I need more days like this.
Jack: The last time I was sentenced to death, I ordered four hyper-vodkas for my breakfast. All a bit of a blur after that. I woke up in bed with both of my executioners. Lovely couple, they stayed in touch. Can't say that about most executioners.
The Doctor: (to Jack) Close the door, will you? Your ship's about to blow up; there's gonna be a draft.
The Doctor: (to the Empty Children) Go to your room. Go to your room! I mean it. I'm very, very angry with you. I'm very, very cross! Go to your room! (the Empty Children back away) I'm really glad that worked. Those would have been terrible last words.

Poll results
Well it's time again to tell you the results of my poll. I don't know why but I get always so few votes on my polls and then a lot of disappearing votes.
I wanted to know what you think when Amy was abducted and the one that voted agreed with me that it probably was somewhen between the episodes "The Impossible Astronaut" and "Day of the Moon". Maybe the Moff will tell us more about what happend with Amy in the episodes which will be aired in autumn this year. I would really like to get some explanations.
I'm still very Torchwood-y today so the new poll question is: Do you like the new Torchwood series?
I have heard different opinions already but now I want to hear them here. Feel free to leave comments.

Torchwood:Miracle Day: Rendition
I've just watched the second Torchwood episode and I loved it. Alright a relatively spoiler free summary and my opinion are following. Don't read when you don't want to know what happens.
Summary:
Torchwood is reunited but Rex arrests them and puts them on a plane to America. Rhys stays behind with his and Gwen's daughter. On the plane another FBI agent tries to murder Jack, who is the only mortal human on the planet now, with arsenic and Gwen tries to help him together with Rex and Dr. Juarez. Meanwhile the situation in the hospitals get worse and specialists get together to find a solution for the problems they are facing. It seems like someone in the FBI wants to get rid of Rex and Esther.
I think it was a really great episode but sometimes I have problems to understand Bill Pullman's character Oswald Danes but that's probably just a problem I have. The episode had some really nice Jack and Gwen moments and you can say what you want, John Barrowman has a nice smile. I thought it was really fun to watch how Gwen mixed the medicine for Jack and then her "I am Welsh" comment. Great. Rex and Esther start to fit in better now. The story behind all this is still very unclear and all the medical problems which are following because of this immortality are huge. Well, I guess we will find out soon enough what is all behind this.
There are a lot of people who whine about Torchwood being too americanized but I think we should all be happy that there is another series of Torchwood. Don't watch it when you don't like it. It's that easy.
Here is the link if you want to watch the episode online.

Miracle Day Trailer Episode 2
Today airs the second episode of "Miracle Day" in the US and I have a short preview for you. Thanks to BlogtorWho for this. Enjoy the trailer and the episode tonight.

Torchwood in the UK today
I know most things on my blog have Torchwood as a theme lately but that's only because the new series started. Tonight Torchwood is also on TV in the UK and the people who haven't watched it online yet have the chance to see it today. I really hope you'll like it and forget your anger to be able to watch it nearly a week later than the people in the US. Just leave me a comment here and tell me if you like the first episode. Maybe someone who has watched both versions of the first episode can tell me about the differences between the US and the UK version.
At the moment I'm listening to the last episode of "Torchwood: The Lost Files" and it's really great. I really liked the other ones too. It's amazing what you can do with sound and voices. Sometimes you just don't need pictures to get entertainment.
I also like the Doctor Who radio plays. That's the only time when I get to know the older Doctors and I really like the stories too.
So, UK people I wish you a great Torchwood evening today.
At the moment I'm listening to the last episode of "Torchwood: The Lost Files" and it's really great. I really liked the other ones too. It's amazing what you can do with sound and voices. Sometimes you just don't need pictures to get entertainment.

Jack meeting the Eleventh Doctor?
How do you think it would be when Jack meets the Eleventh Doctor?
I would love to see this combination because they would definitely have another chemistry between them than Jack an the Tenth Doctor.
It would be fun to have Jack inside the Tardis again for an episode or two. I think he would get along well with Amy but Rory wouldn't like him for that. There is potential for some interesting scenes there.
But what would the Doctor say to Jack? Would he be happy to see him again or not? I don't know exactly but I hope they would greet each other as old friends and have some fun together. Maybe they would talk about things that happened after the Doctor met Jack the last time, the events between "Children of Earth" and "Miracle Day". That would be interesting.
There are really so many possibilities what can happen when Jack and the Doctor meet again and I hope they put it into the series someday. It would give the episode a feeling of old days and some great dynamics.
Well, you can always hope.

Torchwood Radio Plays
From today on BBC Radio 4 has three radio plays of Torchwood to get people in the mood for the first episode of Miracle Day which will air in the UK on Thursday.
Alright here are the summaries of the different episodes of "Torchwood: The Lost Files" which will air as part of the afternoon play. (Summaries from the BBC website)
1. The Devil and Miss Carew (BBC Radio 4, 11.7.2011, 14.15)
When Rhys's elderly Uncle Bryn has a heart attack while listening to the shipping forecast, it seems like another routine death at Ivyday Nursing Home. But when Rhys and Gwen go to collect the old man's effects, Gwen's suspicions are roused by another elderly resident. The conversation is cut short, though, by a fire alarm, one of many consequences of the mysterious power cuts that are sweeping the nation. Gwen has a hunch that something is wrong and her search leads her to Miss Carew, a suspiciously fit and strong octogenarian who, despite having supposedly terminal heart disease, has left Ivyday and gone back to work at the Computer firm she used to run. Miss Carew has been offered a deal by Fitzroy, a wandering alien with an aversion to electricity who is looking for a home. It's a deal that Miss Carew can't refuse. But the consequences for planet Earth are unthinkable.
2. Submission (BBC Radio 4, 12.7.2011, 14.15)
In Ryan Scott's episode, Torchwood are chasing aliens down the M4, when Jack accidentally blows a hole in the Severn Bridge, and the SUV hits the water. Whilst submerged John, Gwen and Ianto hear a strange noise, which, back at the Hub they realise is a cry for help. They track the cry to its source which turns out to be the deepest part of the Ocean - the Mariana Trench. Ianto rings old Torchwood flame, Carlie Roberts, who's an expert in marine geology, and Jack pulls strings with the US government to get them all on board the USS Calvin, an Arleigh Burke class destroyer, which is heading for the Trench. From there they board the Octopus Rock, the only submarine built to withstand the pressure at that depth, and follow the signal. But when the Submarine crashes, the team are left at the mercy of a hungry alien.
3. The House of the Dead (BBC Radio 4, 12.7.2011, 14.15)
The brewery have called 'time' and it's the last night at The House of the Dead - the most haunted pub in Wales. Barry the barman has invited renowned psychic, Mrs Wintergreen, to hold a special seance to mark the occasion, and there's a big crowd hoping for the chance of seeing their deceased loved ones for one last time. But when Jack arrives on the scene, he's determined to stop them. Ianto is puzzled by Jack's behaviour, and Gwen is suspicious. Why is Jack acting so strangely? Then the ghosts start arriving - and all hell breaks loose.
You can listen to all of the episodes on the BBC iPlayer.

Quotes from "The Empty Child"
Today you get some quotes from the episode "The Empty Child" where we first met Captain Jack Harkness. Who would have guessed then that he would get his own TV show.
The Empty Children: (repeated line) Are you my mummy?
Rose: What's the emergency?
The Doctor: It's mauve.
Rose: Mauve?
The Doctor: Universally recognized color for danger.
Rose: What happened to red?
The Doctor: That's just humans. By everyone else's standards, red's camp. Oh, the misunderstandings! All those "red alerts," all that dancing.
The Doctor: D'you know how long you can knock around space without happening to bump into Earth?
Rose: Five days? Or is that just when we're out of milk?
The Doctor: All the species in all the universe and it has to come out of a cow.
Rose: Not very Spock, is it? Just asking.
The Doctor: Door, music, people. What do you think?
Rose: I think you should do a scan for alien tech. Gimme some Spock! For once, would it kill you?
The Doctor: Excuse me, excuse me. Could I have everyone's attention, just for a mo? Be very quick. Hello! It might seem like a stupid question, but has anything fallen from the sky recently?
The Doctor: You know, one day, just one day maybe, I'm gonna meet somebody who gets the whole 'don't wander off' thing. Nine hundred years of phone box travel, it's the only thing left to surprise me.
The Doctor: (as the TARDIS police box phone rings) Ringing? What's that about? Ringing? You're not even a real phone and you're ringing?
(while being captured in a strange beam by Capt. Jack, which keeps her from falling to her death)
Jack: Oh, and can you switch off your cell phone.
Rose: Wha…?
Jack: No, seriously, it interferes with my instruments.
Rose: You know, no one ever believes that.
Jack: Thank you, that’s much better.
Rose: Oh yeah, that’s a real load off, that is! I’m hanging in the sky in the middle of a German air raid with a Union Jack across my chest, but, hey, my mobile phone’s off!
(As Rose is suspended in a beam above London)
Jack: Ready for you! … Hold tight!
Rose: To what!
Jack: Fair point.
The Doctor: And I'm looking for a blonde in a Union Jack. A specific one, mind you. I didn't just wake up this morning with a craving.
Captain Jack Harkness: So… when you say 'your companion', how disappointed should I be?
Rose: Okay. We're standing in mid-air on a space-ship during a German air raid. Do you really think now's a good time to be coming on to me?
Captain Jack Harkness: Perhaps not.
Rose: Ah, it was just a suggestion.
Rose: You used to be a Time Agent. Now you're some kind of freelancer.
Captain Jack Harkness: Oh, that's a little harsh. I like to think of myself as a criminal.
Captain Jack Harkness: So, this companion of yours. Does he handle the business?
Rose: Well… I delegate a lot of that, yeah.
Captain Jack Harkness: Well, maybe we should go find him.
Rose: And how you gonna do that?
Captain Jack Harkness: Easy. I'll just scan for alien tech.
Rose: Finally, a professional.
The Doctor: You’re very sick.
Dr Constantine: Dying, I should think. I just haven’t been able to find the time. Are you a doctor?
The Doctor: I have my moments.
Captain Jack Harkness: It's a real pleasure to meet you, Mr Spock.
The Doctor: Mr Spock?
Rose: What was I supposed to say? You don't have a name. Don't you ever get tired of "The Doctor"? Doctor who?
The Doctor: Nine centuries in, I'm coping.
Jack: (to the Doctor) Saw your time travel vehicle. Love the retro look, by the way. Nice panels.
Captain Jack Harkness: (to Rose and the Doctor) Oh, should've known, the way you guys are blending in with the local color. I mean, Flag Girl was bad enough, but u-boat captain?
The Empty Children: (repeated line) Are you my mummy?

Torchwood:Miracle Day: The New World
I couldn't resist to watch Torchwood today because who knows when it will be on German TV. For all those in the UK who haven't seen the episode yet stop reading now. I won't drop major spoilers but I will let you know what I think about it.
Summary:
One day on the whole nobody dies and this day is called Miracle day. People don't die but they still get hurt and age so it's not really the optimal immortality. Rex Matheson should have died in a car crash but he survived because of the miracle. Together with Esther he tries to find out if the things happening are connected to Torchwood. Jack tries to erase all traces of Torchwood to keep Gwen save but Rex is able to find Gwen and her family in Wales when they are attacked by men in a helicopter.
What a start for the new series. I really liked it and I think it's an interesting concept especially because Jack is now the only one who can die. Maybe this is only happening because of him and I wonder who is so pissed that he wants to kill Jack. Well, we will see it in the upcoming episodes.
It was really great to see the characters of Jack and Gwen again and I think the new characters fit very good into the show. I don't know if there will be big differences between the US and the UK version but maybe someone who has seen both versions can tell me.
Go here if you want to watch it online: The New World

Timeline
I have started to create a timeline for Doctor Who. At the moment it is still quite short but you can already see some events of series 1 of Doctor Who and stuff from the Sarah Jane Adventures. I also want to include Torchwood into this timeline, so I have everything together. I think I will only include the new series of Doctor Who since 2005 because I haven't watched the other episodes and I'm not familiar with them.
Hopefully it won't get to complicated in the end and I have already thought about working with colours a bit so it doesn't look so dull and maybe also to get a better overview.
I have included the episodes with the dates so you know from which episodes the events are. Well, I hope you like it and I really appreciate help when you can give me dates for events together with the episode.

Hmmm...
I don't really know what I should write about today. I had a lot less readers the last days than before and I'm wondering about if poeple think it's boring what I write about Doctor Who or if it's just because of the summer break and there is not a lot of new things to talk about.
I naturally could gossip about Matt Smith and his girlfriend in the US or that David Tennant is a father now but I really don't feel like doing that.
Well, I just hope you like my Fan Art and the other stuff I post here and it would be nice when you would leave me some comments. You can comment anonymously so start commenting guys.
And soon it's Torchwood time! I'm excited!

Amy's abduction
I think most of the Who Fans out there have seen the first half of series 6 now and I can talk about Amy's abduction without spoiling the episodes for you.
Have you also asked yourself when the hell Amy was abducted?
I think it's hard to say when exactly it happened but it must have been before the episode "Day of the Moon" because that is the first time Amy sees the eye-patch lady. We now know that she sees her only because she lies in this - how would you call it - container thing and her consciousness is inside her Ganger and the eye-patch lady looks inside there and causes some interference in the psychic link.
I can't remember right now if the Doctor scanned Amy for pregnancy in the "Impossible Astronaut" but I think it was in "Day of the Moon" and he got this strange readings. That is also a sign for Ganger Amy.
Maybe her abduction was still earlier between the Christmas Special and "The Impossible Astronaut". We still don't know exactly how she was abducted and I don't really know if it was the eye-patch lady or if she had help from someone else. Maybe the Silence helped her. Who knows?
Something else I find puzzling is, how they have known about Amy's pregnancy? They must have monitored her somehow but then it's the question again, how they have done that?
We got some answers in "A Good Man goes to War" concerning River but I think Steven Moffat has given us more new questions to consider than answers.
Tell me your thoughts about all of this when you like and I would be happy when you vote in my new poll concerning Amy's abduction.

Quotes from "Father's Day"
Some quotes again today. It's been a while since the last ones.
Rose: It’s so weird. The day my father died. I thought it’d be all sort of grim and stormy but it’s just an ordinary day
The Doctor: The past is another country. 1987's just the Isle of Wight.
The Doctor: I did it again. I picked another stupid ape. I should have known. It's not about showing you the universe. It never is. It's about the universe doing something for you.
The Doctor: Rose, there's a man alive in the world who wasn't alive before. An ordinary man. That's the most important thing in creation. The whole world's different because he's alive.
Rose: I think he left me.
Pete: What? A pretty girl like you? If I was going out with you…
Rose: Stop. Right there!
Pete: I'm just saying…
Rose: I know what you're saying, and we're not going there. At no point are we going anywhere near there. You're not even aware that there exists. I don't even wanna think about there and believe me, neither do you. There, for you, is like… like, the Bermuda Triangle.
The Doctor: The police can’t help you now. No one can. Nothing in this universe can harm those things. Time’s been damaged and they’ve come to sterilize the wound. By consuming everything inside.
Stuart: Excuse me, Mister...
The Doctor: Doctor.
Stuart: You seem to know what's going on.
The Doctor: I give that impression, yeah.
Sarah: And I know we’re not important...
The Doctor: Who said you’re not important? I’ve travelled to all sorts of places, done things you can’t even imagine. But... you two... street corner, two in the morning. Getting a taxi home. I never had a life like that. Yes, I’ll try to save you.
The Doctor: (to infant Rose) Now, Rose... you're not gonna bring about the end of the world, are you? Are you?
Pete Tyler: Am I a good dad?
Rose: You told me a bedtime story every night when I was small. You were always there. You never missed one. And, um… you took us for picnics in the country every Saturday. You never let us down. You were there for us all the time. Someone I could really rely on.
Pete: That's not me.
Pete Tyler: Now it's my fault all this has happened.
Rose: This is my fault.
Pete Tyler: No, love. I'm your dad. It's my job for it to be my fault.

Poll resuts
Alright in my last poll I wanted to know, why River Song is in prison.
3 (30 %) said she is in prison because she killed the Doctor, 6 (60 %) think she killed someone else and 1 person (10 %) had a completely different theory. I think the theory was that her sentence gets longer because she breaks out so often and that it was just a minor thing that brought her into prison.
In my new poll I want to know, when do you think Amy was abducted. There are several possibilites for that so I want to know you opinion.
